The beginning of a dream

Villas en Menorca was born from a dream, of two enthusiastic entrepreneurs, of a beautiful personal history between the founders... with the aim of offering an excellent service together with the best product, and that, combining it with our essence, an island essence, motivated by our experience in business, encompassing the tourism, the real estate and the nautical sectors, without a doubt, we are convinced that we can meet the expectations of the most demanding.

Founders Presentation

Álvaro R. and Natasha P. are the founders of the company with the commercial name Villas en Menorca. Both specialized in business management, business administration and finance, they have been the promoters of a wonderful idea, which is to be able to offer the most personalized holiday rental service and the best properties to enjoy on the island of Menorca.

Álvaro, born in Menorca, is currently managing and owning of one of the best-known nautical charter companies on the island, Charter en Menorca. His higher education on the island of Menorca and his business experience are the credentials that support him in this real estate adventure.

Natasha, born in Mallorca, who has been the manager and owner of one of the largest telephone companies in the Balearic Islands, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration in the prestigious ESADE Business School (Barcelona) and with another Master's degree in Bocconi (Milan), is the Co-Founder and Company Director of Villas en Menorca.

In this project, we want to offer our clients the possibility of renting their holiday home in Menorca with full guarantee and without surprises.

We manage our own holiday homes, taking into account which are the best areas for renting houses in Menorca. We have properties in the most exclusive places such as Cala Pregonda; in areas full of charm, such as our luxury homes in Binibeca; or practically touching the sand on Punta Prima beach. Our vacation homes are selected thinking of the real needs of our clients.

Villas in Menorca puts at your disposal the comprehensive property management service (tourist rental and maintenance throughout the year). This way, we guarantee our guests the possibility of obtaining their vacation rental with a total guarantee of success and continuously maintaining our quality standards.
